What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?

Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT or Tapping It is a therapy loosely based on techniques of acupuncture or acupressure, you use your fingertips to stimulate the energy points in the body.

Tapping is able to work on many different things, it explores the emotional issues that might be underneath the problems you are experiencing by tapping on the meridian energy points in the body and this helps to release the blockages of energy and this is enough to eliminate physical, emotional and mental issues.

The goal of Tapping is to realign the body, mind and spirit in order to let go of emotional emotions and the tension they cause, calming the body and releasing, it creates a meditative state of resourcefulness to move forward in a positive and healing direction.


  • It may help with negative self-talk and releasing over-whelm, self-love
  • It may help to manage emotions such as fear, sadness and negative states
  • It May help with limiting beliefs, phobias
  • Conflicts with people
