What is Hypnotherapy?

Is a form of therapy that uses Hypnosis which is a downtime trance like modality that supports you to make changes at the unconscious level.

It works by inducing a hypnotic state marked by waking awareness that allows people to experience detached external attention and to focus on inner experiences.


It helps lower the critical faculty to allow change. It can be used as part of a treatment plan for self-improvement.

Benefits

  • To assist you to experience changes in sensations, perceptions, thoughts, or behaviours.
  • It may be a helpful tool if you sleepwalk or struggle with falling and staying asleep.
  • It may be able to help if you struggle with phobias
