What is Time Line Therapy?

Time Line Therapy lets you see your life as if it were laid out as a line, and provides the source for focus and success. It stretches from birth to the present moment and on to your future. The ability to eliminate negative emotions, whilst taking learnings from our past, gives us the opportunity to move on with a positive life. This is a powerful and amazingly effective technique that restores balance, enabling us to declutter and eliminate baggage in an easy and effortless way. This technique can be used to regain confidence, self-belief and self-esteem after distressing or traumatic experiences.  It works through the negative emotions in a very simple manner.

You are guided very gently through visualisations that do not require significant events and no recall of painful memories is necessary. 

This complementary intervention offers fast and effective means for changing the chain of events leading to a certain set of unwanted behaviours or internal states, aswell as subsequent experiences.

Past negative emotions and limiting decisions are eliminated so that it is possible to leave you with only positive emotions and empowering decisions.
